Alton Middle School students in this class practice a variety of skills including; keyboarding with All the Right Type, math and literacy in Study Island, and designing multimedia projects. Scratch, a product of the MIT Media Lab, was developed especially for middle school students to experience the excitement of computer programming. 6th grade students pose for pictures for their Who Do You Think You Are activity. As students are introduced to Microsoft Office Publisher, they will learn how to use Word Art and insert pictures from their files, the internet, and clip art.
